BOARDS, COMMISSIONS & COMMITTEES
BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
PURPOSE: Required by State Statutes. To make public works infrastructure improvements through special assessment process. Petitions for any local improvement should be addressed to that Board.
MEMBERS: Five (5) members, the Director of Public Works shall be the President. The other members of the Board shall be the Superintendent of Streets and Sanitation; Superintendent of Water and Sewers;
Superintendent of Special Assessments and the City Engineer. The 6th member will be appointed by the City Corporate Counsel.
TERM: None
MEETING DATE: First Council meeting of every month, 3:00 P.M.
PLACE: Room 3650
Reports recommendations to the City Council.
