CABLE COMMUNICATIONS
Evanston Community Media Center Channel 16 Programming
This program provides City staff for liaison with the Cable system franchisee, staffing of any City Cable Commissions and provides a City staff point of contact for citizen cable complaints.
Other responsibilities include:
- Cable override for snow or other emergencies
- Oversight of the Public Access entity
- Cable-telecasting and recording of Council and cable commission meetings
- Coordination of production support for departmental video projects
